Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Author & Speaker

Support for Healing, Growth, and Resilience.

I provide a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to therapy that prioritizes emotional safety, autonomy, and trust. Healing is not a linear process. Responses to trauma are complex and deeply individual there is no “right” way to feel.

Many clients seek therapy after experiencing a prolonged sense of disconnection, hypervigilance, or emotional numbing. Others arrive unsure how to name what they’re feeling. Whether you're navigating the impact of a single event or the accumulation of chronic stress, therapy provides a structured, confidential space to begin making sense of your experience.

Our work together will be collaborative and paced according to your readiness.

I do not follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, treatment is informed by your goals, values, and capacity in the moment. One of the interventions I offer is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a widely researched method that supports the brain’s natural processing of traumatic memories. It can be helpful for reducing physiological reactivity, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm.

I also draw from parts work, somatic strategies, and attachment-based approaches, depending on what aligns with your needs.

What you can Expect

You will never be pressured to share more than you’re ready for.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you it’s about creating a space where insight, regulation, and change can emerge over time. My role is to support that process with consistency, clinical expertise, and respect for the path you’ve taken to get here.
